1. Ownership
1.1 Ownership of goods remains with Loveshoes until payment for the goods is made in full.
2. Delivery
2.1 LoveShoes only retails on the Stock-on-hand basis, pick-ups welcome.
2.2 Free shipping is applied to NZ customers only and delivery within 2-5 days depending on location.
2.3 Delivery times are good faith estimates only and LoveShoes will not be liable for delays.
2.4 Please supply a physical address for shipping - due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes
2.5 International Buyers need to contact support@loveshoes.co.nz for shipping information.
3. Terms of payment
3.1 Payment for goods is due on 5 days following the order is confirm.
3.2 Goods will not be shipped until payment is received.
3.3 We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, provided by Paypal. Paypal is a secure form of payment.
3.4 Funds are not debited from your credit card account until the order is shipped. Under circumstances where parts of an order are shipped at different times payment will be secured only for those parts that are shipped.
3.5 We also accept Bank deposits into our New Zealand Bank Account or you can mail a cheque to us.
4.Returns and Exchanges
4.1 Loveshoes is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or offer a store credit with Loveshoes.
4.2 Except for faulty goods, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
4.3 Exchange is available under conditions. Loveshoes provides the sizing information for all styles of shoes; we suggest all our customers measure their feet length and use our shoe chart (please link this John) for guide to select the right pair for you. However, incorrect sizing can be exchanged for free (that are in unworn condition).
4.3 N.B. (4.2) does not apply to goods discounted or on sale.
5 Web site content
5.1 While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained on this site has been obtained from reliable sources, LoveShoes is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any results obtained from the use of this information.
5.2 We have done our best to ensure that our products and the web site are reproduced as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor there may be a subtle colour variation between the web site and the product on delivery.
