Do I need to register?

No, you do not need to become a member to purchase on our website. However, members enjoy regular discounts, can review their order history, and can shop faster by having your shipping and billing addresses remembered for your next visit.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept creditcard via Paypal as well as bank direct deposits for your purchase payments.

How do I know the sizes?

Shoe charts are available from the Info page. Please notice that apart from the sizes, we also supply actual foot measurements with all our fashion shoes, so you can have a better idea about your shoe size. You can also contact:info@loveshoes.co.nz to find out the info about the ones you like. Just simply quote the model numbers and we will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.

How do I get my feet measurement?

To determine your shoe size, please put your foot flat on the floor. Then use a ruler to measure your foot length, starting from the very back of your heel to the very tip of your foot. If one of your foot is slightly bigger than the other, take the measurement of your larger foot. Once you have your measurement, look at the chart on the left to find your size. If your measurement falls in between two sizes, select the larger size.
Very Important: Please remember to tell us the US Women's Size or European Size you normally wear when placing your order.
Special Note: You may email us for help determining your size Our size conversion to Women sizes are only approximate. Please use a ruler to measure your foot length and foot width and follow our sizing instructions carefully to find your best size.

How about deliveries?

LoveShoes provides FREE shipping within NZ on any handbags and fashion shoes.

Please notice that LoveShoes only sells on Stock-on-hand basis, pick-ups are welcome!!
Free shipping is applied to NZ customers only and delivery within 2-5 days depending on location.
Delivery times are good faith estimates only and LoveShoes will not be liable for delays.
Please supply a physical address for shipping - due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.

What is the difference between Patent PU, PU, Stretch PU material?

Patent PU, being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch PU, is thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs.

Can I just order by email?

You certainly can, just email us your order.

I don't have a credit card, How can I buy your products?

Simply add products to your cart as usual and proceed to 'checkout'. Choose the 'Bank Deposit' option and you will be sent an email with our bank details. Then you can pay by internet/telephone banking or you can pay in person by cash or cheque at any branch of the Bank indicated in the email.
